We absolutely love NorthLake Apartments
We love this place... it is really home! Staff is amazing! Edna and the rest are always on top of everything and solves any ... issues right away. The maintenance staff are truely great, any issues, they are there as soon as they can with the best smile and attitude. We love the location (Close to the school) and people are super friendly. We renewed our contract as I don't think there is a better place for us to be at this moment. Thank you to all the team hat makes this place home for us. Best place to live in Lake Nona
I lived at Northlake Park for 3 years, and I must say its the best apartment complex I have ever lived at. The amenities ... and living space were great, but what really sets Northlake apart is the amazing staff. Edna, Jessica, and Shannon were all extremely helpful whenever I needed assistance. They always followed-up in a timely manner,as well made sure I was completely satisfied with the result or answer I was seeking. The maintenance staff was also exceptional, David and The Maintenance Manager(whose named slipped my mind currently) were super courteous and friendly as well completed my request with a sense of urgency. During my lifetime I have had good services, but I have never had such great experience as I had with Jessica Aviles at Northlake ... apartment community. I recently relocated from Hawaii, and from the moment I started the process up to me moving she had been so helpful, kind, respectful, and she always respond to my emails and phone calls. It didn’t matter how many times I called, texted or emailed. She was always there for me. She made my move so much easier. Upon my arrival, she waited for me so I could get my keys to go to my apartment. My apartment has exceeded my expectation, so clean and absolutely beautiful. I love this place!
My husband and I relocated to FL recently and were looking for a fun place to call home while we explore living in a new ... state. We couldn't be happier with our decision to call Northlake Park Apartments home for a year! The apartment is beautiful; the grounds are well-kept; the parking is assigned and even for visitors, you have to have a pass; the pool is lovely; and, the biggest thing for me, it is quiet! I rarely hear my neighbors, and nothing late at night. The office staff - shoutout to Charis especially! - are all helpful and great to deal with. I have no Compliants about the total staff at North lake Park apt. Mrs Barrios maintenance manager was always attentive ... to my problems at 9202 apt 104 even though there were few.. The maintenance staff David ,and Suyin are top of the line, always with a smile and what ever they did was to the best of their ability. Shannon The Manager was always available and when needed, she would go to your apt and discuss what ever it was you were not happy with. That said when I left I was very satisfied, and have nothing but praises for the Staff............Its bad residents that can ruin a nice complex.. Best Community in Orlando!!!
This community is quiet and very clean. The staff is great and very fast in resolving any issues. Maintenance guys are great ... also, friendly and respectful. Amenities are kept clean and pool area is never congested with out of area people that tend to crash community pools. It's truly a very nice quaint and safe community. I couldn't recommend this place more. Truthfully, the website does not do the place justice as the setting (next to a beautiful ... lake) and apartments look much better in person. Edna is so amazingly kind and easy to talk to that she comes across more like a friend than a community manager. Shannon, the community director, has been fantastic in helping with small problems (a refrigerator that needed to be replaced) to major questions (like upgrading to a larger apartment). Aroua also has assisted us in our apartment upgrade and has been extremely helpful. Maintenance is hands down the best we've ever been around -- not only are they warm and friendly when they come around to fix issues -- they're proactive. David comes by monthly and replaces our AC filters without us even putting in a request. I've lived in other places before where you feel guilty asking maintenance to do anything -- you won't feel that way here. The whole group is kind and you'll instantly feel like they're there to help you. If you're debating between here and another place, my recommendation is to stop in and talk with someone in the office. You'll see the difference in service between here and other places. We moved here from another state a year ago and had to do the whole process blind -- we didn't see this place until we arrived. The other place we looked at literally looked better on the website, but the service was so much better here that we decided to land here instead. Best decision we made. I love love living at Northlake Park apartments. Home is the staff, their attitude and office atmosphere, this is exemplary ... of the hospitality at northlake park parts Orlando. I found the apartments on line and called spoke to Edna Barrios who made my move and settlement very smooth. I cannot say enough of the team Shannon, Aroua, Sunil, Edna and David who are very personable and welcoming making me feel at home every day. Let's see, it's ... nearing my 3rd yr anniversary here and ALL is still the same welcoming, friendly, efficient atmosphere, expertly serviced and beautifully maintained residences as the day I moved in. I can't thank and praise our efficient Admin Team and our Maint Svcs experts enough for caring "outside the box" about daily things that they do with obvious pride. Add NL's monthly regimen of landscaping details and building refurb, and only "well done" NL remains. I can't praise them too much nor too often.
